Opening to Telepathy ~ by Sherman (cat,
through Penelope Smith)
Relax
and be in the love. Just feel the love of all creatures— for you
and you for all of life. Bask in the sunshine and feel the love
permeating everywhere. That’s all that telepathy is about
anyway—it’s feeling the love that we have for each other. It’s
on the carrier wave of love that we receive our understanding and
our messages.

Learning Animal Communication ~ by
Buddy (horse, through Carole Devereux)
You
don’t need to wait to grow up to talk to animals. You can do what
you want with animals right now, while you are young. There is no
waiting required. My advice is to start now. Today!
Go
outside right now and talk to the first animal you see, whether
it’s a bird or an insect, or a squirrel. Ask what it’s like to
be that animal. If it’s a bird, ask how does it feel to fly? Let
yourself go; let yourself feel what the bird feels. Does she like
living in your town? Is there anything she knows that is fun to do,
like rolling and twirling in the wind?
Don’t
limit yourself to animals. Stand under a tree with your arms open
wide. Look up into its branches, its open arms, and talk to the
tree. Smell the pine needles under your feet or the rotting leaves
in the rain. Earth is communicating with us all the time. We know
what clouds say when they are dark and heavy – this is an ancient,
primal communication. Use it today. Remember it now. Learn it again.

Relaxing and Getting Over Yourself ~ by
Maya (cat, through Gretchen Kunz)
My
person is a professional communicator, and sometimes she will get so
stressed out or unsure of herself that she gets blocked and can’t
communicate, even though it’s one of her favorite things to do! I
tell her, “Get over yourself. It’s gonna be okay. You can do it.
Stop worrying about it and it will work out!” Sometimes she
listens to me, and sometimes she doesn’t. But, eventually, she has
to get over her doubt and stress and fears and relax, and
then she’ll do it. It works every time.

Different Types of Animal Healing ~ by KC (cat, through Morgine Jurdan)
Animals
are capable of healing in many different ways.
When there is stress in the home or when people are ill,
animals do their best to restore balance by healing work. Some give
healing energy, like a cat resting on your lap or snuggling up by
your head. Some communicate with you and make suggestions about
releasing anger, changing jobs, taking a workshop and so on. Some
work with you in dreams. Some
transmute things with their own bodies after clearing your energy
fields. A cat’s purring is healing itself.
Animals
can send healing to you and others who live far away. Animals are
capable of being in more than one place at a time. Sometimes, they
encourage you to play with them, often because you are the one
needing to relax and unwind and release your stress. This applies to
all kinds of animals, not just cats and dogs.

Peace and Healing ~ by Shanti
(llama, through Tera Thomas)
I
am Shanti. My name, Shanti, means peace. I bring peace and peace
brings healing.
The
concept of healing is often misunderstood by humans, as if you can
wave a magic wand and everything that feels wrong is miraculously
turned to right. Some say that healing is an art, a gift, or a
miracle. But healing is a very subtle thing. I say that healing is a
simple moment of raising one’s vibration to resonate with All That
Is. A healing can occur from something very simple like a touch or a
glance. If you are feeling down and you see someone who makes you
smile, you have just received a healing. The reason that prayer
heals is because the person praying in earnestness has let go of
their individual self and connected with All That Is. It is not the
words of a prayer that are important—it is the connection.
Healing
is a state of being that does not require a logical explanation or a
scientific document. It just IS. So, don’t look for healing in
your mind, look for it in your heart. Breathe it in and let it
expand your beingness to touch all others, to feel all others, to
recognize your oneness, your belonging to the family of life. You
are spirit in a physical body, looking to find your way home and to
bring that home here to this planet, grounded in the love of All
That Is and All That You Are.

Stepping into your Animal’s Life ~ by Zak (dog, through Dawn Brunke)
Many
animals come to visit, teach or interact with humans for particular
reasons. So many animals work in different ways than you are used to
perceiving. Some of us find this amusing. You think you are very
important at times and we are “just dogs,” “just cats,”
“just fish” and yet – if only you could see it from our
perspective!
My
invitation to readers is to consider stepping into your animal’s
life for a time – at least once to be sure, though perhaps many
times as well. Allow yourself to open on deeper levels, to feel a
deeper way of seeing the world. Not so much skating around quickly
on the surface as sinking down and feeling, sensing, knowing the
world from a different channel, a different vibration, a different
perspective. This you need to feel – not just to talk about or
intellectualize, but feel around your body and in your body.
Allow
yourself to merge with any aspect of the Universal One. You are
still “you” but you are also expansive and one with all. From
this point, there is no need to explain anything, for everything you
need to know is present. In the oneness of connection, you can feel
the growth of plants, the movements of animals, the singing of the
stars.

Accomplishing Great Things ~ by Barney (dog, through Kat Berard)
We
are here to bring your heart out – to help you feel what you know
deep inside to be true – that you are worthy of the love that you
show to us. We show it back to you; look in our eyes, you see it
there. We do not lie. What you see is what you get. Sometimes you do
not look closely, you are too afraid. You do not want to see
yourself, to give acceptance and love and graciousness and
compassion to yourself. We hold it for you to see – and that is
the truth.
Be
true to your spirit, your self, your way of being. Do not walk as
another does – walk as you are meant to walk. Be who you are. You
are here at this moment, in this lifetime, to accomplish great
things.
